Business lists. Generated live from a Maps-verified database.

You came here for a list. We have one — but it isn't a static CSV that's been resold since 2024. Every list is generated on demand, anchored to live Google Maps records, refreshed weekly.

You're looking for a list. We do something better than sell you one.

The list market for local businesses has been the same for fifteen years. You search a vertical, you find half a dozen vendors, you pay $199 to $1,499, you download a CSV. Two weeks later you find out 30 percent of it bounces and another 10 percent goes to people who left the company.

We don't sell you the CSV. We give you the database the CSV gets pulled from — and let you generate fresh lists from it, on demand, indefinitely. Think of it as a list that updates itself.

The free trial covers 1,000 lookups. That's enough for most one-time campaigns. If you want lists on demand after that, the subscription delivers them; if you don't, the trial cost you nothing.

Pick a vertical. The count is live.

Click any segment for the per-vertical breakdown — coverage, decision-maker density, sample records, and the buyer profile we see most often.

The honest comparison.

We're not naming names. You know the vendors — they've been advertising at the top of these searches for a decade. Here's the difference, line by line.

If you only need one list, ever, and you'll never run a campaign again, the trial is the right call — 1,000 lookups, no card, no auto-convert. If you're running campaigns repeatedly, the subscription is built for that and the math gets obvious fast.

Three steps. No CSV download from 2024.

1

Pick the vertical.

Click into any of the 13 segment pages and skim the live count. "Restaurants in Texas," "dentists by zip code," any combination.

2

Run the search.

We re-verify every business against Maps before the row ships. If a listing went dark since our last crawl, it doesn't go to your sheet.

3

Get a Google Sheet.

Verified business + LinkedIn-matched contacts where coverage exists + verified email and phone. Re-run any time. Your data, fresh, on demand.

Free for 1,000 lookups. Subscription if you need more.

The trial covers most one-time list builds. If you're running ongoing campaigns, the smallest paid tier already handles weekly list pulls. No credit card, no auto-convert, no list of out-of-business shops.

Smaller plans (Maps-only, Maps + people) are listed on the pricing page. Most list buyers go straight to Full Outreach because the email layer is the thing they were missing.

Common questions.

Why is this better than buying a CSV from one of the list vendors?

Stale-CSV vendors sell a one-time download of data they refreshed at some point in the last 12-24 months. Half their margin is reselling the same file across half a dozen sites. Our lists are generated live against a Maps-verified database — when a business closes or moves, its Maps presence drops, and so does the row.

What does "Maps-verified" actually mean?

Every business in our database is anchored to a live Google Maps listing. If the listing disappears (closure, merger, ownership change), the row is suppressed on the next refresh. It's not a perfect signal, but it's the strongest single freshness gate available without licensing the underlying data outright.

How fresh is the data?

The full database is refreshed on a rolling weekly cycle. The most recent records were added this week; the oldest in the current snapshot are about 5-6 weeks old. Maps verification re-runs against a live Maps record, so a business that went dark since our last crawl can still be filtered out at run time.

Will I get every business in my segment?

Coverage varies by vertical. Restaurants, contractors and real-estate are dense; medspas and veterinarians are smaller universes. The per-segment pages show live counts so you can size your campaign before signing up.

Can I export to CSV or just generate the list inside the app?

Both. The app exports to a Google Sheet by default and CSV on request. The free trial gives you 1,000 lookups, which is enough to evaluate the data quality on your own ICP without committing.

What if I just need a one-time list and never again?

Then the free trial probably covers you — 1,000 lookups, no credit card. If you need more than that one time, the smallest paid tier handles it. We'd rather not bait-and-switch you into a subscription you won't use.
